What qualifications and professional memberships do you hold, and are you a registered BAS agent?
  Our bookkeepers hold formal bookkeeping and accounting qualifications, are BAS certified and registered on the Tax Preparation Board as BAS agents. Affiliated as an Associate Member of the National Institute of Accounting, one of Australia’s leading nationally recognised Accounting organisations, we are committed to our own professional development.
Who will undertake the data entry and BAS preparation?
  Your business will be assigned a client service manager who will deal with all your bookkeeping and business needs. All work is internally reviewed through a thorough procedural system. To further ensure accuracy in our work, we aim to develop and maintain a good working relationship with your accountant and other business advisors.
Is your work insured and guaranteed?
  Our bookkeepers are fully covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance by one of Australia’s leading Insurance Agencies – AON Insurance. We guarantee our work 100%. Should there be any rectification work needed which we are at fault for we will gladly be there to support your business until rectifications are complete.
Where will the work be done?
  This part is entirely up to your businesses needs. Our Staff are equipped for both onsite or off site bookkeeping.
What does the bookkeeper require to process the work?
  In your initial consultation we will go through and assess what we will require from you to ensure cost effective & smooth transitions. Once this is assessed we will provide your business with a complete guide & checklist of requirements..
